Terms of Use (EULA) — m-i (Message-I)

By creating an account or signing in to m-i, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is NO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on m-i. You agree not to create, send, upload, share or store any content that is:

harassing, bullying, threatening, or intended to intimidate another person;
hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age;
sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualising minors in any way;
violent, graphic, or promoting self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism;
illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promoting illegal goods, drugs or weapons;
spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or impersonation of another person;
infringing anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You also agree not to abuse, harass or stalk other users. Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users are terminated.

2. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Every message and every user in m-i can be reported and every user can be blocked, directly from the app:

Our commitment: we review every report and act within 24 hours — removing offending content and ejecting the user who posted it. We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates Section 1, without notice.

The App also applies an automatic filter to text content; content matching our objectionable-content list is hidden and flagged for review. Filtering is a safeguard, not a substitute for reporting — please report anything you see.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use m-i. You are responsible for your account and for the content you send. Keep your credentials secure and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete your account, or by writing to info@i-shim.com.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit, store and deliver your content to the people you send it to, and to review it when it is reported. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.

5. Service, changes and termination

The App is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions, reports and complaints: info@i-shim.com.

Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)

m-i'de hesap oluşturarak veya giriş yaparak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanıma SIFIR TOLERANS

m-i'de sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara SIFIR TOLERANS vardır. Şu içerikleri oluşturmamayı, göndermemeyi, yüklememeyi ve paylaşmamayı kabul edersiniz:

taciz, zorbalık, tehdit veya bir kişiyi korkutmaya yönelik içerik;
ırk, etnik köken, milliyet, din, engellilik, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim veya yaş temelinde nefret söylemi ve ayrımcılık;
cinsel içerikli/pornografik içerik; çocukları herhangi bir biçimde cinselleştiren içerik;
şiddet içeren veya kendine zarar vermeyi, terörü ve şiddet yanlısı aşırılığı özendiren içerik;
yasa dışı, dolandırıcılık amaçlı, aldatıcı içerik; yasa dışı mal, uyuşturucu veya silah tanıtımı;
spam, istenmeyen toplu mesaj veya başkasının kimliğine bürünme;
başkasının fikrî mülkiyet veya gizlilik haklarını ihlal eden içerik.

Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmemeyi ve rahatsız etmemeyi de kabul edersiniz. Sakıncalı içerik paylaşan veya diğer kullanıcıları taciz eden hesaplar kapatılır.

2. Şikâyet, engelleme ve denetim

m-i'de her mesaj ve her kullanıcı şikâyet edilebilir, her kullanıcı engellenebilir — doğrudan uygulama içinden:

Taahhüdümüz: her şikâyeti inceler ve 24 saat içinde işlem yaparız — sakıncalı içeriği kaldırır, içeriği paylaşan kullanıcıyı uygulamadan çıkarırız. 1. maddeyi ihlal eden hesapları bildirimsiz askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatabiliriz.

Uygulama ayrıca metin içeriğine otomatik bir filtre uygular; sakıncalı içerik listemizle eşleşen içerik gizlenir ve incelemeye alınır. Filtre bir güvenlik önlemidir, şikâyetin yerini tutmaz — gördüğünüz her şeyi lütfen bildirin.

3. Hesabınız

m-i'yi kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük olmalısınız. Hesabınızdan ve gönderdiğiniz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Giriş bilgilerinizi koruyun; yetkisiz erişimden şüphelenirseniz hemen bize bildirin. Hesabınızı istediğiniz an Profil → Profili Düzenle → Hesabını Sil yolundan ya da info@i-shim.com adresine yazarak silebilirsiniz.

4. İçeriğiniz

Gönderdiğiniz içerik sizindir. Bize yalnızca içeriğinizi ilettiğiniz kişilere iletmek, saklamak ve şikâyet edildiğinde incelemek için gereken sınırlı izni verirsiniz. İçeriğinizi satmayız ve yapay zekâ eğitiminde kullanmayız.

5. Hizmet, değişiklikler ve sonlandırma

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabiliriz. Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi sonlandırabilir veya kısıtlayabiliriz. Siz de istediğiniz an kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.

6. Sorumluluk

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
